Why the project was paused
Building an MVP vs. Commercializing Healthcare
Building a working healthcare prototype was technically achievable. However, transitioning from a functional MVP to a viable, commercial healthcare platform required deep institutional trust, established medical brand credibility, stringent regulatory compliance, hospital partnership distribution, and substantial capital reserves.
Recognizing these high structural barriers, Varshan made the disciplined founder and product decision to pause MediCloud AI and reallocate full execution focus, team momentum, and capital toward Hired AI.
